Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the tech industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of a dynamic research team supporting a gaming team. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

UX Researcher
Seattle, WA (Remote, with occasional onsite requirements)
12-24 month contract

Pay Range: $50-$55/hour

What's the Job?

• Scope study objectives, research questions, and methods aligned with product team needs leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing).
• Collaborate closely with other researchers and cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product management, to integrate user research into the product development process.
• Own end-to-end research activities including managing study setup, participant recruitment, schedule logistics, and interview moderation (mix of in-person and remote per study needs).
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that can influence product and strategy.
• Communicate research results to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

What's Needed?

• 5 years of UX Research experience, either in-house with Fortune 500 companies and/or in a consultancy.
• Prefer advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a range of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a strong understanding of when and how to apply different methods during the product development cycle.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work well in a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise concepts.
