Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, employee development, inventory, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Oversee store opening and closing, maintaining safety, security, and operational standards. Analyze financial and operational data to identify sales trends, control expenses, and manage inventory levels. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, including pricing and signage. Maintain accurate inventory, manage damages and markdowns, and uphold cash handling and security procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a clean, safe shopping environment. Follow company policies, complete documentation, and ensure team compliance. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and use cash register systems. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership to support team development and store success. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
