Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with compliance knowledge. Strong Organizational Skills, Problem-solving Abilities, And Attention To Detail. Bilingual skills may be preferred. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Management experience in retail is advantageous.
