Proficiency in posting property listings and managing property viewings. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
